Overview
Paste GDS text, convert it, then use Print / PDF on the result. The browser print dialog saves a customer-ready itinerary. No extra layout is invented beyond what the parser extracted. There is no airline letterhead unless you set an agency name in Settings. PNR to PDF is a working travel-agent tool on Pnrly, not a text-only landing page. You paste GDS or booking text (or upload a file where the tool supports it), run the action above, and get output you can copy, download, or print. Supported cryptic families on this product include Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport Smartpoint, Galileo, Apollo, Worldspan, and generic flight lines. This page's format hint is Auto-Detect. The parser only reads what you paste. It does not open a live airline or GDS session, and it does not invent schedules, fares, terminals, or baggage allowances that are missing from the source text. After a successful parse you can usually continue into Print/PDF, WhatsApp text, email copy, calendar ICS, validation, or redaction from the related tools. Guest convert limits still apply whenever the parse API runs.
How to use this page
- Paste PNR text and convert.
- Wait for the itinerary table.
- Click Print / PDF and save from the browser dialog.
- Review every name, date, and airport before you send the result.
- Use related tools (redactor, validator, WhatsApp, PDF) instead of forwarding raw GDS.
Example
Example workflow: paste the same two NZ segments, convert, then click Print / PDF. Save from the browser dialog. The PDF shows only flights and names the parser extracted, not an airline e-ticket stock.
FAQs
Do I need a paid plan for PDF?
Print / PDF uses the converted itinerary in the browser. Guest convert limits still apply to parsing.
Can I change the agency header?
Signed-in users can set an agency name in Settings; it appears on print/HTML exports.
How do I save the itinerary as a PDF?
Convert the PNR, then click Print / PDF and choose Save as PDF in the browser print dialog.
Does the PDF include airline branding?
No. It is a customer itinerary printout from parsed flights, not airline e-ticket stock.
How do I convert a PNR to PDF?
Paste the GDS text, click Convert, then Print / PDF. In the browser dialog choose Save as PDF. The file contains only what the parser extracted.
Will the PDF look like an airline ticket?
No. It is an itinerary printout. Agency name can appear if you set it in Settings. Airline letterhead is not generated.
What is PNR to PDF?
PNR to PDF is a free-to-try Pnrly tool that convert Amadeus, Sabre or Travelport PNR text into a customer-ready itinerary PDF. Print from the browser. Guest convert limits still apply to parsing. It sits on the same parser as the main converter.
How do I use PNR to PDF?
Paste PNR text and convert. Wait for the itinerary table. Click Print / PDF and save from the browser dialog.
Which GDS formats are supported?
Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport Smartpoint, Galileo, Apollo, Worldspan, and generic flight lines. Use Auto-Detect unless this page locks a format hint.
Does this connect to Amadeus, Sabre, or an airline PSS?
No. Nothing is retrieved from a live host. Only the text or file you provide is parsed.
Is the output safe to send to a customer?
Only after you review names, dates, and airports. Use the PNR Redactor if the paste still contains tickets, cards, or phone numbers.
Why were no flights found?
The paste may be a locator only, a screenshot with unread OCR, a scanned PDF without text, or a line split across two rows. Paste full segment lines and convert again.
